A ‘Gratitude Ceremony’ is a moment to take stock and appreciate just how far you’ve come on your journey.
Too often we rush from event to event and get lost in the daily grind of life - just for one day let’s press ‘pause’ and recognise the achievements we made, the paths we’ve travelled.
Celebrate these achievements surrounded by the friends and family who have supported you. Frequently we forget to celebrate life’s wins or say ‘thank you’, so mark the day with an amazing Gratitude Ceremony and create amazing living memories.
Who would most love this ceremony?
A Gratitude Ceremony could work well for a family who lost a key person in their family; maybe Dad, Mum or sibling. Years on from their death this would be a fitting tribute and a way for everyone affected by the loss to acknowledge just how far they have come.
It could equally work well for someone who has been given a ‘new lease of life’ maybe they overcame a personal battle be that cancer or even mental health issues.
Often at funerals or memorials we remember people for all the good they did - but did we ever really tell them how amazing they were? Let’s celebrate today and show people how and why they matter.
